2.OBLIGATION?

（2）甲方與海外客商交易的具體價格、交貨方式、支付方式等由甲方與海外客商雙方協商約定。

（3）甲方應嚴格按國家的“FOB、?C&F或?CIF條款”執行與海外客商所簽定的合同。

（4）乙方承諾每年給甲方介紹______美元的銷售額。

第七條：特別約定。
7.SPECIAL?CLAUSE?
本合同一式肆份雙方各執貳份具有同等法律效用。中英文版本如有沖突，以中文版本為準。
