已解散的本地公司，申請以行政方式恢復注冊的條件，在有關(guān)公司的名稱從公司登記冊剔除時，該公司正在營運或經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù); 如公司有任何位于香港而已歸屬政府為無主財物的不動產(chǎn)，政府已確認不反對該公司恢復注冊; 及申請人須已向公司注冊處處長交付有關(guān)文件，以使處長備存的紀錄能反映該公司的最新情況。
The conditions for administrative restoration for a dissolved local company, the company was in operation or carrying on business at the time its name was struck off the Companies Register; if the company has any immovable property situate in Hong Kong which has become vested in the Government as bona vacantia, the Government has confirmed that it has no objection to the restoration; and the applicant must bring up to date the records of the company kept by the Registrar of Companies.
